intitul\u00e9 : \u00ab Le contr\u00f4le de la justice constitutionnelle sur les recettes des gouvernorats non int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans une r\u00e9gion \u00bb.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Cette recherche vise \u00e0 proposer une vision juridique et constitutionnelle de la gestion des recettes financi\u00e8res des gouvernorats et \u00e0 mettre en lumi\u00e8re le r\u00f4le de la justice constitutionnelle dans leur protection.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Le m\u00e9moire recommande notamment l\u2019adoption d\u2019une l\u00e9gislation compl\u00e8te d\u00e9finissant les ressources financi\u00e8res des gouvernorats, la clarification constitutionnelle de la r\u00e9partition des recettes et la mise en place d\u2019une politique financi\u00e8re d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e garantissant une distribution \u00e9quitable des ressources entre les gouvernorats.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]<div id=\"cz_82741\"
