L\u2019Unit\u00e9 de formation continue de la Facult\u00e9 de droit de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Bagdad a organis\u00e9e un atelier intitul\u00e9 \u00ab Le contentieux en mati\u00e8re de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle entre la justice nationale et l\u2019arbitrage international \u00bb, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Mme Masuma Hamid Abd al-Rahman, le 23 f\u00e9vrier 2026.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

L\u2019atelier visait \u00e0 renforcer la sensibilisation juridique, \u00e0 mettre en lumi\u00e8re les cadres proc\u00e9duraux et substantiels applicables devant les juridictions nationales et les instances d\u2019arbitrage international, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 comparer les deux voies en analysant leurs avantages et leurs d\u00e9fis.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Les principaux axes abord\u00e9s :<\/span><\/strong>
\n1. La nature des litiges en propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle<\/span><\/strong>
\n2. La comp\u00e9tence juridictionnelle<\/span><\/strong>
\n3. L\u2019arbitrage international comme mode alternatif de r\u00e8glement<\/span><\/strong>
\n4. La comparaison entre justice nationale et arbitrage<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
