l\u00e9gislatif, le Prof. Dr Ali Hadi Al-Hilali, doyen de la Facult\u00e9 de droit de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Bagdad, a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la commission charg\u00e9e de r\u00e9diger le Code du statut personnel, officiellement adopt\u00e9 par le Parlement irakien le mercredi 27 ao\u00fbt 2025, avec la pr\u00e9sence de 167 d\u00e9put\u00e9s, sur la base du projet transmis par le Diwan des Waqfs chiites.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Les travaux de la commission ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 \u00e0 Najaf et se sont poursuivis \u00e0 la mosqu\u00e9e Al-Kadhimiya, o\u00f9 les articles finaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 discut\u00e9s avant d\u2019\u00eatre soumis au l\u00e9gislateur.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Le Prof. Al-Hilali a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab La participation de notre facult\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de ce code refl\u00e8te notre engagement scientifique au service de la l\u00e9gislation irakienne et renforce la protection des droits de la famille et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. \u00bb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>L\u2019adoption de ce code constitue une \u00e9tape l\u00e9gislative majeure, r\u00e9pondant aux directives des autorit\u00e9s religieuses sup\u00e9rieures et contribuant \u00e0 moderniser le syst\u00e8me juridique irakien, confirmant le r\u00f4le pionnier de la Facult\u00e9 de droit de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Bagdad en Irak et dans la
