Pr. Walid Mirza Hamza (Pr\u00e9sident)<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>2. Pr. Taghreed Mohamed Qaddouri (Membre et directrice de th\u00e8se)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>La th\u00e8se visait \u00e0 \u00e9tudier les fondements juridiques de l\u2019intervention administrative dans la limitation du droit de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 pour prot\u00e9ger l\u2019ordre public. Elle s\u2019est articul\u00e9e autour de deux axes : l\u2019autorit\u00e9 administrative sur le droit de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 et les restrictions impos\u00e9es \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 priv\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Parmi les recommandations principales :<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>1. Consacrer la notion d\u2019ordre public dans la Constitution avec des limites claires.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>2. Respecter la philosophie l\u00e9gislative de l\u2019\u00c9tat dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration des lois.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>3.
