{"id":3409,"date":"2024-12-11T06:45:38","date_gmt":"2024-12-11T06:45:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fr.colaw.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=3409"},"modified":"2024-12-11T06:45:38","modified_gmt":"2024-12-11T06:45:38","slug":"lunite-des-affaires-feminines-organise-un-seminaire-sur-la-violence-contre-les-femmes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fr.colaw.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=3409","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019unit\u00e9 des affaires f\u00e9minines organise un s\u00e9minaire sur la violence contre les femmes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Sous le patronage du professeur (Dr. Ali Hadi Al-Hilali), doyen de la Facult\u00e9 de Droit de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Bagdad, et dans le cadre de la campagne des 16 jours pour l\u2019\u00e9limination de la violence \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des femmes, l\u2019Unit\u00e9 des affaires f\u00e9minines de notre facult\u00e9 a organis\u00e9, le dimanche 8 d\u00e9cembre 2024, un s\u00e9minaire scientifique et \u00e9ducatif intitul\u00e9 \u00ab La violence contre les femmes : le harc\u00e8lement sexuel comme exemple \u00bb.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Le s\u00e9minaire, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par (Mme Rassel Khaled Ibrahim), enseignante au d\u00e9partement de droit p\u00e9nal, avait pour objectif de d\u00e9finir le harc\u00e8lement sexuel, d\u2019en analyser les causes et ses cons\u00e9quences afin d\u2019y faire face.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Les recommandations du s\u00e9minaire incluent :<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">1. L\u2019adoption de lois strictes pour punir et dissuader les auteurs de harc\u00e8lement.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">2. Le soutien juridique et psychologique aux victimes, notamment en facilitant leurs d\u00e9marches pour obtenir justice et en leur permettant de signaler les incidents sans crainte, avec des polici\u00e8res sp\u00e9cialement form\u00e9es pour recueillir leurs plaintes.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">3.
